In her free time, Vicki loves to spend time with her family and pets. She enjoys baking and is an avid reader.

Steve has been a part of the insurance industry since 2008 and is the office's Team Leader for Auto, Life, and Fire Insurance. He welcomes neighbors into our office to start personalizing coverage that works for them. He also meets with current customers to review their coverage and any potential discounts. Steve prides himself on building relationships and providing an excellent customer experience. Outside of the office, Steve is an avid golfer and outdoorsman. He loves Pittsburgh sports, especially football, and spending time with friends and family.

Molly McDonald

Molly is a new member of the team. She has a Bachelors degree in English and enjoys connecting with and helping people. Outside of the office, Molly teaches Zumba and Cardio Drumming, which are two of her favorite things.
Molly is married and has three children- one in the military, one in college, and one in high school. She also has a dog named Ranger. When she’s not working, Molly enjoys coffee of all kinds, listening to music, going to concerts, and reading.

Pai started working in the insurance industry since 1984 and retired as our office manager in 2023. She now works in the office on a part-time basis, helping with projects and "behind the scenes" admin duties. She enjoys spending time with her grandson, traveling with her husband, and gardening.
