As a part-time Account Representative with the Lindsey Cline State Farm agency, you’ll be a trusted first call for customers—solving problems, handling service requests, and recommending coverage options that fit their lives. If you’re organized, customer-centric, and comfortable having needs-based sales conversations, you’ll thrive here.
Licensing Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is ideal; we’ll support strong candidates who are willing to obtain. Life & Health is a plus.
What You’ll Do
  • Customer Service Excellence Respond to inquiries via phone/email, provide timely, accurate information, and ensure issues are resolved end-to-end.
  • Policy Support Assist with applications, renewals, endorsements, ID cards, and document requests; coordinate claims support as needed.
  • Retention & Reviews Conduct simple coverage check-ins and renewal touch points to strengthen relationships.
  • Accurate Documentation Maintain complete, compliant records in the CRM/ECRM and follow agency/carrier procedures.
What You Bring
  • Licensed P&C or willing to obtain (agency support available).
  • State Farm agency experience preferred (familiarity with ECRM/Agent Toolkit a plus).
  • Strong communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence engaging in professional, customer-first sales conversations.

Schedule
  • Part-time during business hours; final schedule set with the hiring manager (some flexibility as business needs evolve).

Compensation $35,000.00 - $55,500.00 per year
