Customer Service Representative – Sales & Service Focus

As a Customer Service Representative with the Lindsey Cline State Farm Agency, you’ll do more than answer questions—you’ll build relationships, solve problems, and help customers protect what matters most. Your customer service skills and sales drive will directly contribute to the growth of our agency and your own career success.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, handling policy updates, and processing claims.
  • Build strong client relationships that drive retention and generate sales opportunities.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless service and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate, organized records of customer interactions.
What We’re Looking For
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sales-minded with a drive to exceed goals and grow with the agency.
  • Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.

  • Must hold – or be willing to obtain – Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance licenses (full licensing support provided).

Compensation $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
