What You’ll Do
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Provide personalized guidance on insurance products and financial planning solutions.
  • Stay current with market trends and product offerings to provide the best solutions.
  • Confidently market and sell insurance and financial products to meet client needs.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in insurance and/or financial services preferred (but not required for the right candidate).
  • Proven ability or strong desire to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong consultative approach to building trust and offering solutions.

  • Must hold – or be willing to obtain – Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance licenses. Full licensing support provided.

Compensation $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
